Shooting with the Legends

"Shooting with the Legends" is a series of all-new, original videos shot by Scott Teal, the publisher of the highly-rated "Whatever Happened to ...?" magazine and "Shooting with the Legends" books.   These sit-down style interviews were shot with professional wrestlers who remember what wrestling was like before the national expansion by Vince McMahon and the WWF/WWE.   The questions are hard-hitting and the personalities interviewed hold nothing back.   They share their stories about life on the road as a pro wrestler.   They also give their opinion on pro wrestling both as it was yesterday and as it is today.

As a rule, each interview runs at least three to four hours.  Wrestling matches, if included on the video, will be noted on the information page for each video.

We hope the interviews bring back your favorite wrestling memories, allow you to travel back through the history of the sport, and make you feel as if you're in the ring and on the road with the wrestlers themselves.

We hope you find something exciting in our offerings.   We will be adding new interviews as often as we can, so check in frequently.   All titles are available on both VHS tape and DVD-R.   Check the descriptions for your prefered format.

All videos are NTSC video and are encoded for Region 1 (U.S. and Canada) only.   They may not work on DVD players in other countries.

Don Fargo DVD     Shooting with the Legends #1: Don Fargo
Don Fargo, along with wrestling "brother" Jackie Fargo, headlined Madison Square Garden on March 30, 1957.  Their match against Argentina Rocca and Miguel Perez drew 20,125 people and over $60,000, the biggest attendance and gate in the Garden up to that time.   Besides teaming with Jackie, Don formed several tag teams during his career with wrestling's finest talents, including Greg Valentine, Ray Stevens, Rene Goulet, Jim Dillon, Ron Garfield, Eric Pederson, Chris Colt, and several others.   In this no-holds barred interview, Don relates his career and tells tales of the road that he experienced during his career as a pro wrestler.   If you enjoy this interview just half as much as Don enjoyed telling it, you'll have a ball.
